Rule 6.6.8702 - DEFINITIONSThe following definitions apply to this subchapter:
(1) "CGAD" means the corporate governance annual disclosure required under Title 33, chapter 2, part 21, MCA.(2) "Insurance group" means those insurers and affiliates included within an insurance holding company system as defined in 33-2-1101, MCA.(3) "Senior management" means any corporate officer responsible for reporting information to the board of directors at regular intervals or providing this information to shareholders or regulators.
