Rule 6.6.7102 - PURPOSE(1) The purpose of this subchapter's rules is to recognize, permit, and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between preferred and standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with 33-2-409, MCA, and ARM 6.6.6707.
