Rule 6.6.3845 - CERTIFICATION OF ASSUMING INSURERS - NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION(1) The commissioner shall issue written notice to an assuming insurer that has made application and been approved as a certified reinsurer. The written notice shall include the rating assigned the certified reinsurer pursuant to this rule.
