Rule 6.6.3815 - CREDIT FOR UNENCUMBERED FUNDS

(1) A ceding insurer may take credit for unencumbered funds withheld by the ceding insurer in the United States subject to withdrawal solely by the ceding insurer and under its exclusive control.
