Rule 6.6.3718 - ENTERPRISE RISK REPORT

(1) The ultimate controlling person of an insurer required to file an enterprise risk report pursuant to 33-2-1111(7), MCA, shall furnish the required information on Form F, found in ARM 6.6.3717.
