Rule 6.6.2708 - APPLICATION FOR REFUND(1) If an insurer, on a form approved by the commissioner and under oath, notifies the commissioner that it is entitled to a refund, the commissioner may authorize a refund. An insurer is not entitled to receive interest on the refund.
