Rule 44.3.2101 - VOTER IDENTIFICATION AND PROVISIONAL VOTING PROCEDURES AT THE POLLING PLACE - GENERAL

(1) An election administrator shall follow 13-13-114, 13-13-301, 13-13-601, 13-15-107, MCA, and these rules in regard to voter identification and provisional voting at the polling place.
