Rule 44.3.1710 - EXTENSION OF PREVIOUS APPROVAL OF VOTING MACHINES OR DEVICES(1) Any system having been approved under rules previously promulgated by the Secretary of State under prior citations of law shall continue to have approval under the application of these rules without reexamination.
