Rule 4.12.3207 - WAIVER OF INFORMAL HEARING(1) The parties may provide, by written agreement submitted to the presiding officer, that the informal hearing shall be conducted on the pleadings submitted without oral argument or testimony.(2) The council may make their determination through submitted information and are not compelled to hold an informal hearing.Mont.
