Rule 4.12.3015 - PROCEDURES FOR COMPLAINTS(1) A person with knowledge of a violation of Title 80, chapter 5, MCA may file a complaint with the department. Complaints should be in writing and signed and should provide details about the violation. The department, upon receipt of a complaint, may proceed with an investigation; however, the lack of a signed and written complaint shall not preclude the department from investigating.Mont. Admin.
