Rule 4.12.1302 - ESTABLISHING A QUARANTINE(1) The director of the Department of Agriculture or his/her designated representative may establish or modify a quarantine by signing an order. The order will specify what is to be quarantined, the quarantine requirements, and the length of the quarantine.(2) A long-term quarantine shall be adopted into rule, but is effective upon signature of the director or his/her designated representative.(3) A list of quarantines is available by contacting: Montana Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Sciences Division, 302 N.
