Rule 4.12.103 - NEW LOCATIONS OF APIARIES(1) All registered apiaries likely to be affected by a proposed new location includes only those apiaries which have registered locations within a three (3) mile radius of the proposed new location, unless deemed otherwise by the department of agriculture.
