Rule 38.5.3725 - RELAXED FORBEARANCE

(1) Interexchange carriers may deviate from the rates in their price lists for individual customer contracts, pursuant to the relaxed forbearance procedure set forth in ARM 38.5.2715 and 38.5.2716.
