Rule 38.5.3218 - MAINTENANCE - ANNUAL CERTIFICATIONS(1) The process for the annual certifications of eligible telecommunications carriers will be designed to meet all federal and Montana requirements for annual certification. The process will be as prescribed by commission notice to all Montana eligible telecommunications carriers, with necessary reference to federal and Montana law, including these rules. The notice will be provided to all Montana eligible telecommunications carriers in advance of the annual certification deadline. Each eligible telecommunications carrier will receive the same notice, or, if certification distinctions are necessary, each nonrural eligible telecommunications carrier will receive an identical notice and each rural eligible telecommunications carrier will receive an identical notice.Mont.
