Rule 38.5.1908 - INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO THE COMMISSION(1) Pursuant to initial contact with a potential qualifying facility, each utility shall provide the Commission with one electronic copy of the utility's initial written response.(2) No later than July 1 of each even-numbered year, each utility shall file with the Commission the following cost data:(a) the estimated avoided cost of energy as required by 18 CFR 292.302(b)(1);(b) the electric utility's latest resource plan, including any supplements, as required by 18 CFR 292.302(b)(2); and(c) the estimated capacity costs as required by 18 CFR 292.302(b)(3).
