Rule 38.2.301 - PROCEDURE GOVERNED

(1) These rules govern practice and procedure in contested cases before the public service commission of the state of Montana, in accordance with applicable laws of the state of Montana. Rules governing specialized proceedings will control in the event of a conflict with these rules.
