Rule 37.97.164 - YOUTH CARE FACILITY (YCF): EDUCATION(1) A YCF shall provide access to an educational program appropriate to the needs of each youth and comply with state school attendance laws.(2) A YCF licensed as a youth shelter care facility shall assure that each youth is offered an appropriate educational program and make a reasonable effort to comply with state school attendance laws.(3) The youth shelter care facility shall provide a day program plan for youth who will not be enrolled in the school system.Mont.
