Rule 37.97.162 - YOUTH CARE FACILITY (YCF): MONEY

(1) Money earned by a youth or received as a gift or allowance must be part of the youth's personal property and accounted for separately from the YCF funds.

(2) If the YCF is partly supported by institutional production on a commercial basis, the YCF shall comply with state and federal child labor and minimum wage laws.
