Rule 37.96.701 - NUTRITION AND FOOD SERVICE DEFINITIONS(1) "CACFP" means the Child and Adult Care Food Program as designated in section 17 of the National School Lunch Act as amended (codified at 42 USC 1766 and effective as of December 13, 2010).(2) "Nutritious meals and snacks" means quality and quantity of food that meets the USDA CACFP guidelines in 7 CFR 226.20 as of February 7, 2022.(3) "USDA" means the United States Department of Agriculture.Mont.
