Rule 37.96.607 - INDOOR AIR QUALITY(1) Centralized ventilation systems and air filters in child care facilities, excluding RCEs, must be properly maintained.(2) Licensed child care facilities must ensure that the temperature is maintained at a minimum of 65°F in the areas used for child care.
