Rule 37.96.601 - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEFINITIONS(1) "Public sewage system" means a system of collection, transportation, treatment, or disposal of sewage that is designed to serve or serves 15 or more families or 25 or more persons for a period of at least 60 days out of the calendar year.(2) "Public water supply system" means a system for the provision of water for human consumption from any community well, water hauler for cisterns, water bottling plant, water dispenser, or other water supply that is designed to serve or serves 15 or more families or 25 or more persons daily or has at least 15 service connections at least 60 days out of the calendar year.(3) "Smoke-free environment" means no smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes.Mont.
