Rule 37.96.117 - LICENSE OR REGISTRATION ASSIGNMENT

(1) A license or registration is valid only for the licensee or registered provider and premises for which it was issued. A license or registration may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.

(2) Separate licenses or registrations are required for child care facilities maintained on separate premises, even when operated by the same provider.
