Rule 37.86.3306 - CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, GENERAL ELIGIBILITY(1) Persons who are Medicaid recipients and are from the following groups are eligible for case management services: (a) high risk pregnant women;(b) adults with severe disabling mental illness;(c) persons age 16 and over with developmental disabilities;(d) youth with serious emotional disturbance;(e) children at risk for abuse and neglect; and(f) children with special health care needs.Mont.
