Rule 37.71.304 - NOTICE OF ADVERSE ACTION(1) Each person determined eligible for weatherization assistance must be notified by the designated local contractor in advance of any action that terminates or reduces his benefits. Notification must be in writing and contain information about the amount of decrease or the closure, the reason and legal basis for the action, and must advise the client of the date on which the action will take effect.
