Rule 37.5.129 - CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES: APPLICABLE HEARING PROCEDURES

(1) Hearings relating to child support services matters are available to the extent granted and as provided in ARM Title 37, chapter 62, subchapter 9. Unless specifically referenced in that subchapter, the provisions of any other rule do not apply to such hearings.
