Rule 37.14.1701 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE(1) This subchapter establishes requirements for notices, instructions and reports by licensees to individuals engaged in activities under a license and options available to such individuals in connection with department inspections of licensees to ascertain compliance with the provisions of the act and rules, orders and licenses issued thereunder regarding radiological working conditions. The sections in this subchapter apply to all persons who receive, possess, use, own or transfer sources of radiation licensed by the department pursuant to ARM Title 37, chapter 14, subchapters 3 and 5.Mont.
