Rule 37.111.1211 - POOLS AND SPAS(1) A public swimming pool, as defined under 50-53-102, MCA, provided by a campground, trailer court, work camp, or youth camp must be licensed, constructed, and operated in accordance with ARM Title 37, chapter 115, subchapter 1.
