Rule 37.106.2180 - FACILITY FAIR HEARING

(1) A facility has the right to appeal licensure decisions as outlined in 50-5-208, MCA.

(2) The department shall follow the hearing procedure for fair hearings as outlined at ARM 37.5.117.
