Rule 37.106.1993 - OUTPATIENT CRISIS RESPONSE FACILITY: PERSONNEL RECORDS(1) For each employee or contracted individual, the outpatient crisis response facility shall maintain the following information on file: (a) a current job description;(b) if a licensed mental health professional, documentation of current licensure and certification; and(c) dated documentation of the individual's involvement in orientation, training, and continuing education activities.Mont.
