Rule 37.100.170 - ADULT FOSTER CARE HOMES (AFCH): GRIEVANCES(1) The provider must have a written grievance policy which outlines the procedures to be followed by a resident in presenting a grievance to the family concerning his care in the home.(2) A resident's written grievance report must be maintained in the resident's record.(3) The report must include the nature of the complaint, the date of the complaint, and a statement indicating how the issue was resolved.Mont.
