Rule 36.25.163 - BLOCK MANAGEMENT AREAS: GENERAL RULES FOR INCLUSION OF STATE LAND(1) State lands may be enrolled in block management areas established by the department of fish, wildlife and parks under the procedures contained in ARM 36.25.164. For general recreational use on land so enrolled, a recreational use license is required and motorized vehicle use by a recreationist is restricted to federal, state, and dedicated county roads and to those roads designated by the department to be open to motorized vehicle use.
