Rule 36.25.139 - CULTURAL RESOURCES INVENTORY(1) In the event a cultural resources inventory is necessary prior to the issuance of a lease, license, easement or other land use authorization the department may, in its discretion, require the applicant to provide the department with a copy of the inventory report.
