Rule 36.22.1011 - WELL COMPLETION AND RECOMPLETION REPORTS(1) Within 30 days after the completion of a well drilled for oil or gas (except a wildcat or exploratory well), a completion report shall be filed with the board on Form No. 4.(2) Within 30 days after the completion of any repair, deepening, reconditioning, reperforating, or recompletion, a detailed report of work done and results obtained shall be filed with the board on Form No. 2.Mont.
