Rule 36.21.803 - MONITORING WELL CONSTRUCTION(1) A well used for monitoring purposes may not be converted to a water supply well, unless it: (a) meets minimum water well construction standards;(b) has board approval; and(c) complies with the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation's water rights statutes (Title 85, chapter 2, MCA).Mont.
