Rule 36.21.403 - REQUIREMENTS FOR WATER WELL CONTRACTORS(1) Each rig shall have a sign showing the company or contractor name and license number in letters three inches high.(2) Each firm must have a licensed and bonded water well contractor who is financially responsible for that firm and in charge of drilling operations.Mont.
