Rule 36.2.408 - WRITTEN CONSENT REQUIRED - PROJECT REVIEW(1) A person planning to engage in a project that will impact a stream must receive written consent of the supervisors prior to undertaking the project.(2) The district shall review all projects to ensure they are achieved in a manner consistent with the policy set forth in the act. The supervisors, in making their decision to approve, modify, or deny a notice of a proposed project, will determine the purpose of the project and whether the project is a reasonable means of accomplishing the project.(3) The district may reject notices of proposed projects that are not complete.
