Rule 36.2.1002 - SALE OF STATE LANDS(1) State lands may be offered for sale whenever it is in the best interest of the state as determined by the board. Inquiries regarding the sale of state lands may be addressed to the director. Application requirements are as prescribed by the department not inconsistent with law and rules of the board.Mont.
