Rule 36.16.105 - APPLICATION CONTENT - SUMMARY AND PURPOSE(1) The summary shall identify the applicant(s) including a showing of the applicant's authority to reserve water; a map of sufficient detail to identify where the requested reservation will be applied to use; and a brief description of the purpose of the reservation, the amount requested, and any proposed projects.(2) The purpose section of the application shall describe the beneficial use or uses to which the water granted pursuant to the reservation will be applied, and identify the beneficiaries of the reservation.Mont.
