Rule 36.11.311 - APPLICABILITY(1) This subchapter applies to forest practices conducted within a timber sale in the streamside management zone. Such practices, as defined at 77-5-302(3), MCA, include the following activities when conducted within a "timber sale" defined in ARM 36.11.312: (a) the harvesting of trees;(b) road construction or reconstruction associated with harvesting and accessing trees;(c) site preparation for regeneration of a timber stand;(e) management of logging slash.Mont.
