Rule 36.10.125 - RAILROADS AND POWERLINES(1) Railroad and powerline companies are required to prepare and annually update working agreements with recognized fire protection agencies. These agreements must address safety and fire response procedures; and identify, remove, prevent, modify, abate, or correct forest fire hazards and risks associated with railroad and powerline company operations.Mont.
