Rule 32.3.205 - QUARANTINE FOR ANIMALS ENTERING ILLEGALLY(1) Animals which enter the state of Montana without a valid health certificate or permit, or both if required, or in violation of any rules of the Department of Livestock shall be held in quarantine at the risk and expense of the owner until released by an authorized representative of the Department of Livestock, Animal Health Division.
