Rule 32.3.141 - REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY STATE VETERINARIAN(1) A deputy state veterinarian may have his/her appointment revoked by any of the following: (a) voluntarily surrendered; or(b) becoming ineligible because of revocation or suspension of Montana veterinary license or USDA accreditation; or(c) revoked or suspended by the department for cause, by violating ARM or established policy and/or procedures.(2) MAPA will be followed as in ARM 32.2.101 and 32.2.102.(3) Reappointment may occur as in ARM 32.3.139.NEW, 2010 MAR p. 413, Eff. 2/12/10; AMD, 2014 MAR p. 2146, Eff. 9/19/14.81-2-102, 81-2-103, MCA; IMP, 81-2-102, 81-2-108, MCA;
