Each of the 4 quarters of beef or veal offered for inspection must be stamped with an ink stamp, square in shape, not smaller than 21/2 by 21/2 inches, which shall show the name of the county, a serial number to indicate the inspector to whom the stamp has been issued, and the words "brand inspection".
