Rule 32.15.109 - SCOPE OF BUSINESS OF MARKET(1) A licensed market must be conducted at all times as a public livestock market separate and apart from any other business.(2) Any business such as a livestock grower or feeder, dealer, order buyer or auctioneer must be conducted separate and distinct from that of the licensed market, with books and records reflecting that condition.Mont.
