Rule 32.12.1002 - APPLICATION AND FEE FOR LICENSE(1) Applications for a grader's license must be made on a form supplied by the department of livestock, animal health division, Helena, Montana 59601.(2) A $5.00 license fee, payable to the department of livestock, must accompany the completed application form.
