Rule 24.8.212 - INFORMAL INVESTIGATION BY THE DEPARTMENT(1) The Human Rights Bureau has the authority to gather sufficient information to allow a thorough scrutiny of the circumstances surrounding complaints of discrimination through an informal investigation. The investigation shall be conducted in a fair and impartial manner.
