Rule 24.40.1203 - ADOPTION OF 2013 INTERSTATE RECIPROCAL OVERPAYMENT RECOVERY ARRANGEMENT(1) The department adopts by reference the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) 2013 Interstate Reciprocal Overpayment Recovery Arrangement (IRORA), to which the department is a signatory, to govern the recovery of improper payments of state and federal unemployment insurance benefits. The department may recover improper benefit payments from individuals filing for benefits under the Interstate Benefit Payment Plan, the Interstate Arrangement for the Combining of Employment and Wages, or intrastate under any state's law.Mont.
