Rule 24.321.307 - GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS(1) Gutters and downspouts shall be constructed of noncombustible materials and shall prevent the accumulation of leaves and debris by an approved method.(2) If a structure is not located in a designated WUI, this rule does not apply.
