Rule 24.301.610 - ACCIDENTS(1) When a conveyance is involved in an accident causing injury or death, an owner or lessee aware of such accident must submit a written report to the department within 72 hours. The department must inspect the conveyance involved in the accident, charge the appropriate fee, and, if necessary, require corrective action.Mont. Admin. r. 24.301.610
