Rule 24.26.204 - INTERVENTION
(1) Any state employee, group of state employees, employee representative, or public employer may be permitted to intervene by serving a motion to intervene upon the parties and the board. The motion shall be accompanied by affidavit(s) establishing a basis for intervention. The board shall determine the validity of the basis for intervention.
